sigmtael I have a three year old Dell E laptop that shipped with Vista. My problem is, I installed the RC for about a week This same exact thing happened to me. I have the same question I have tried updating it but without the laptop knowing that its there I cannot update it. I have tried to get my laptop to detect the hardware and it doesn't seem to be compatible with windows 7.

Dont know how to fix it.

Yes I get lag during online game play COD when there is specific sounds that cause it. Downloaded it and my sound works again I thought I would try to update the driver to see if that would fix it. How satisfied are you with this response?

The issue is related to COD1 and will only be fixed by someone in the community because Activision, Sigmatel and Microsoft can care less about it.
